After School Child Care
PROGRAMS & HOURS
The Before School Program begins at 7am and runs until school starts. The After School Program runs from dismissal time until 5pm, Monday-Thursday. Program availability is based on enrollment numbers. You can drop off your child after 7am. Pick up times are flexible and you can register for a 4pm, or 5pm pick up with variable tuition rates. You must select only one pick up time per week. You are allowed to pick up your child early, but you cannot have 2 different pick up times during the week.
DROP-IN REGISTRATION
A drop-in registration allows your child to attend the Program on an occasional basis. All drop-in students must be registered, and notification must be given in advance by contacting the school. Drop ins are billed at a daily rate. Children registered with a regular schedule less than 5 days per week, may add and attend as a drop in.
MONTHLY TUITION
Tuition is due on the 20th of each month, for the following month's services.
At the time of registration, the following are due:1.The annual, non-refundable registration fee ($40/child or $60/family) - due immediately2.The security deposit equivalent to approx. one month's tuition including fees/discounts (applied to your June's - or last month's - tuition) - due immediately3.The first month's tuition - due by August 20thIf you are registering after the above listed dates, all of the above is due at time of registration.
PROGRAMMING
The Extended Care program in the Frenchtown School District is operated by the Frenchtown School District. WFC assists will Registration & Account Management only.
