WFC Summer Camp is for campers entering K-8th grade in the coming fall and offers Enrichment Clubs in the mornings and pool time in the afternoons. On Thursdays, we travel off site for exciting trips. Camp runs 9am to 4pm with extended care options available.

Registration for the following week closes on Monday at noon prior to that week.

Chatham Summer Camp: June 22 to August 14, Travel Camp Week August 17-21

TUITION

At the time of registration approval, the following are due:

1.The annual, non-refundable registration fee ($40/child or $60/family). If you attended the 25-26 School Year, this fee is waived.

2. If choosing to pay in full, the full amount will be charged.

3. If choosing to pay manually, A $100 Non-Refundable Security Deposit will be charged and applied to the remaining balance, which will be due in full by June 1. If not paid in full by June 1, the remaining balance will be charged on that date. It is the parent/guardians responsibility to log into the Parent Portal and make your payments. If you would like to set up an auto-pay schedule for your balance, please email info@theworkfamilyconnection.org.

Rates:

Full Day Camp M-F (9am - 4pm) = $483/week

Full Day Camp *No Trip Day Option: M/T/W/F (No Thursdays) = $395/week

Trip Day Only on Thursdays (9am - 4pm) = $150/day *no extra fees if trip is scheduled to depart early or return late

Extended Day AM (7am - 9am) = $27/day

Extended Day PM (4pm - 6pm) = $27/day

Travel Week (8/17-8/21, 8:30am - 5:30pm) = $670/week or $150/day *There is no extended care this week

Week 2 (Camp closed 7/3): $385 full week M, T, W, Th/ $296 *No Trip Day Option M,T,W

Sibling Discount: 10% off each additional child

Facility Fees:

$10 per week, per child - Facility Fee is applied to the charges associated with the use of the school facilities. This fee is collected by our organization and paid directly to the school district. This fee will be billed with your summer camp tuition. Facility fee not applied for Travel Camp.

CLUBS & ACTIVITIES

Our clubs are run by talented and professional staff, who have experience in the specific activities they are teaching at camp. All our clubs are fun and engaging, while also focused on closing the learning gap over the summer. Clubs we have run in the past include STEM, Sports, Art, Gardening, Yoga, Cooking, Performing Arts and more. We also have a lot of cool activity centers, including drama play, a small pool and foosball table, a hangout center, and many other games. Activity centers cater to a wide age range of campers.

Chatham campers will be swimming M/T/W/F at the Colony Pool from 1pm-3:30pm.

SWIM LESSONS Swim lessons will be held at Colony Pool four days per week, with each session lasting 30 minutes and led by a certified swim instructor in a small group setting. The cost is $70 per child, per week. To participate, your child must be registered and approved for WFC Summer Camp prior to securing a swim lesson spot. Swim lessons can be registered on a rolling basis following the registration deadline. For example, if you would like to sign up for week 4 swim lessons, registration will need to be requested, approved, and paid by June 30th at noon. Field Trips

On Thursdays, we will go on fun and enriching field trips. Counselors are prepared with a variety of bus activities to keep transportation time fun and interesting.
